There is no single federal privacy law in the USA, so we map the rules that apply to your data. HIPAA governs protected health information. PCI DSS covers card data. The CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, gives California residents rights over personal information, and other states have passed similar laws.
Many clients in the USA also ask vendors to support their SOC 2 audit or align with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework. We do not hold a SOC 2 report ourselves. We work under ISO 27001 certified processes and provide the evidence your auditors need, such as access reviews, change logs and incident records.
Where data residency matters, we deploy in AWS, Azure or GCP regions inside the USA and keep production data there. Our engineers work through controlled access, with masked or synthetic data in development where possible.
